What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :
Manage inbound call & email queries from clients to assist with their account related needs and concerns.

Proactively speaking with clients to build relations, offering a consultative approach when managing our client travel programs, providing insight and recommendations to assist our clients achieve their objectives; whilst at the same time improving their value to AEGBT

Manage any escalations from the client, working with the servicing and support teams to understand the issues, reporting back to the client and being part of a team that closes out the issue

Ability to consult, analyze and assess client needs while supporting needs to improve profitability

Engagement and/or management of client implementations and de-implementations

Send updates and communications to client key contacts

Conduct face to face and phone/internet based introductory presentations/travel forums and business reviews

Keep SFDC and any other relevant database updated as required, and communicate with different business units, specifically Operations, Supplier Relations, Implementations & Sales to manage day-to-day servicing issues, as well as cross-promotional initiatives

Consult clients on MI hierarchy/UDID/CAP Profile/GSI Overlay positions

Manage ad-hoc report requests, implement, maintain, & amend PET and insights reports

Responsible for ensuring preferred supplier programs are distributed and loaded correctly through PRDS

Engage in activities overseen by the Client Management team or specific AEGBT project’s as required by leader

What We’re Looking For :
Graduate with 6 -9 years of experience in Client management.

Establish and maintain a regional business plan for your client account in APAC.

This is created in consultation with the global account management team and the client .

Act as a single regional point of contact with responsibility for the overall relationship.

Liaise with the local markets relationship management teams responsible for the specific accounts within the portfolio. Align with the global client management team and local client management team to identify regional program opportunities and execute against the global client strategy.
